Then we will move into the kitchen where we will show you how to make our FreshElla (fresh mozzarella balls). We will help you make your own batch and jar it to take home with you.

On Wednesday, May 15th from 7pm-9pm, we will have live music, elegant Mad Cheese light bites, Cheese and Charcuterie and multiple Curious Elixirs for you to enjoy. At 9pm we'll join the nationwide toast on Instagram live!

Perfect for your favorite mustard or jam on a charcuterie board! Of course we will have Mad Cheese and Charcuterie, Curious Elixirs and wine for you to enjoy.
