Mad Cheese and Charcuterie Boards are hand assembled for a beautifully delicious addition to your table. Boards serve 4-6 people and include:
6 Deviled Veggs
3-4 Mad Cheeses,
2 Meats
Sugared fruit, fresh vegetables, herbs and edible flowers (locally sourced whenever possible. Selection may vary based on availability).
I did not have time to create a specific holiday board this year, but I will make sure your board is beautifully festive!
 
*In all products but one, we do not use ingredients containing gluten, however some of our ingredients may have been processed in a facility that also processes gluten.  The one product that DOES contain a small amount of gluten (in the soy sauce that is in the CinSoy chili crisp used in the middle layer of the cheese) is our recently released cheese, The Mid-City. If you would like this cheese to be included on your board, please leave a note when checking out.
 
Selections will depend on what is currently in season. In an effort to recycle and create more sustainability, we collect plates and platters of varying sizes, shapes and colors/patterns to use for our boards (that you are free to keep or donate back). If you have a theme/colors, please let me know so that I can create a stunning board to compliment your event.
 
Boards are not able to be shipped and are only available for local pickup or delivery. Please allow 72 hours from ordering for delivery. If you are in a rush, please let me know and I will do my best to get it to you sooner. Once you have placed your order we will be in touch to coordinate a pickup/delivery day and time.
 
Your board will need to be refrigerated, and will look its best within the first 12-24 hours. If you select delivery, please make sure someone will be present to receive the board at the delivery time.
