Vegan AND gluten-free, our tender and super flavorful Madly Thankful Roast is stuffed with my mom's stuffing recipe (well...except now veganized and gluten-free), and wrapped in rice paper "skin".  
 
It is delivered in a vacuum sealed bag and is SO easy to prepare:
If frozen, defrost overnight in the refrigerator.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Unwrap the roast, gently peel off the parchment paper, place it on a rack in a roasting pan/on a baking sheet, and roast for 25-35 minutes, basting frequently after the first 15 minutes with any pan juices that have accumulated, until the rice paper is golden brown and crispy.  Rest 5-10 minutes before slicing with a sharp knife.
 
Each roast weighs approximately 2.5 lbs and serves 4-6 people.  
Limited Quantities - Order deadline is November 16th for Thanksgiving (or sooner if we sell out before then).  
Roasts are distributed frozen and can be ordered for pick up between November 1st and November 27th at our store in Madisonville or for delivery beginning November 1st.
