Building Instructions:
Place Burrata slightly off-center (12 o'clock-3 o'clock area) on a round dinner-sized plate and allow to come to room temperature
Create cucumber ribbons using a vegetable peeler lengthwise, avoiding seeded center. Pat dry on paper towels
Halve the Greener Pastures wheel, reserve half for later. Cut remaining half into two wedges, place at 8-10 o'clock
Arrange PumThins in a fan pattern at 3-6 o'clock
Spoon artichoke tapenade and fig jam at 9-11 o'clock
Layer microgreens between PumThins and Greener Pastures, top with strawberries
Add accordion-folded cucumber ribbons around Burrata (11-3 o'clock) and fill empty spaces
Garnish with chive flowers, edible violets, and fresh mint sprigs
Finish by spooning balsamic pearls over the Burrata
