This magical powder makes Queso at home in 5 minutes!
Just add your favorite plant milk (we do NOT recommend almond milks as they tend to be too sweet - we love Ripple Unsweetened plant milk here), whisk over medium heat for about five minutes or until thick and stretchy. Serve it with chips, drizzle it over veggies or potatoes, or sprinkle over popcorn for a cheesy snack. One jar makes three batches of Queso (2/3 cup each batch).
 
Ingredients:   Tapioca Flour, Nutritional Yeast, Sea Salt, Spices, Dried Red Onion, Onion Powder, Lactic Acid (from sugar beets), Tomato Powder, Garlic Powder, Sesame.
